I have been struggling with the MTC internet service since I've signed my contract on the 13th of July 2015. When I was using the toggle , which is a pay as you go. I had brilliant speed on my internet. Since I am using the uncapped contract, I hardly had any internet. I cannot even open a website most of the time. I have been calling for help and all the agents can do is to tell me to reset the router, restart the router, check your connections. I am at the point that I want my contract to be cancelled and I want to be reimbursed the money i have already paid, because of the lack of internet service. I feel that I was holding my end of the contract by paying my bill every month, but MTC are breaching the contract by not giving ME the internet service. My last complaint ticket no:1-13397990996 were on the 28/10/2015. Until now no data agent has called me back to try helping me solving the problem. This is very sad for such a big company who pride themselves, by saying that they are the fastest internet ever...I want to cancel this sad contract with no repercussion on me...
