I am not one of the best Facebook users but am glad that we have platforms like this. I have a problem with one of the business giants of Namibia and need to find out if I am alone.
The problem here is MTC our very reasonable and reliable cell network supplier which have declared quite a substantial amount of profit in the last business year. They also have a Code of Conduct which one of the points read as follows:
1.2 Objectives of the Code of Conduct
1.2.1 The primary objective of the Code of Conduct is to ensure that members of the public can use mobile services with confidence, assured that they will be provided with accurate information about all services and the pricing associated with those services. The Code aims to equip customers and consumers with a mechanism for addressing any concerns or complaints relating to services provided by Service Providers, and a framework for impartial, fair and consistent evaluation and response to any complaints made.
I also had a look at there Values for a specific reason which read as follows:

Ok so now that we know more or less what MTC stands for, I have a Spectra VSAT MTCSpectra-VSAT2Mbps system for 1,751.22 N$ per month of which the installation was also a few thousand dollars. This system was installed Thursday 28/04/2022 and that is where the problems started as well, until today I have not had a proper service which should be 2 GB download speed un capped data continues. Now there is a lot of people that like to complain because they have nothing to do but I have all the evidence for this statement every e-mail and lots of WhatsApp conversations since the system was installed.
We also need to be reasonable I mean I also have a business which I have to deliver a service to my clients, some of my clients are Nampower, Erongo Red and Navachab Mine which are also business ty****s like MTC with have very high standards and business values, which means that my service to them must be of a high standard and anything can go wrong. With this taken into consideration I kept an open mind through out the time period since the system was installed and give MTC a change to resolve the problem since the date off installation till today which I think was a fair chance. I have send e-mails and logged tickets and begged for help while the system was off at least 1 or two weeks every month and still are, but I paid every month my full amount otherwise I will be cut off. I also never till today received for one minute 2 GB download speed which are the product that I paid for. We now also need to be reasonable if I get 1,5 GB download that must be reasonable, yes it would be for sure but I get 0,3 GB download speed that is if the system are on which definitely are not reasonable.
Ok that was to give you back ground about the problem but what I need to know is am I alone or is there more people that are paying there hard earned money to MTC the corporate giant with the good values every month and do not get the service/value for there money. I already know about 4 clients which is on excactly the same system with the same problem. Please let me know if anybody is getting ****** from their hard-earned money like me.
