Nearly 7 Weeks — Order Never Dispatched

Review: I placed an order on 4 April 2026 and have still not received my item. What makes this worse is that the tracking shows the order has been stuck on "Order Ready" since 7 April — it was never even handed to a carrier. I followed up multiple times via email and was given vague excuses about "logistical issues," but the tracking tells a different story. Nearly 7 weeks later, no item, no honest communication, and no resolution. I have had to demand a refund in writing. Extremely disappointing service — would not recommend ordering from this store.
