MTHEMBU CAPE TOWN **** SITE
This is a **** website. They take your payment but will not deliver your goods because it does not exist. This website needs to be removed as they are ****ming a lot of people snd simply continue to do so. My order is still ready for delivery, since April the 3rd. Apparently, they cannot refund my money, because the "parcel" is already shipped and on its way to me... Ps. Their site mentiones NOTHING about stuff coming from overseas... Be warned...

Nearly 7 Weeks — Order Never Dispatched
Review: I placed an order on 4 April 2026 and have still not received my item. What makes this worse is that the tracking shows the order has been stuck on "Order Ready" since 7 April — it was never even handed to a carrier. I followed up multiple times via email and was given vague excuses about "logistical issues," but the tracking tells a different story. Nearly 7 weeks later, no item, no honest communication, and no resolution. I have had to demand a refund in writing. Extremely disappointing service — would not recommend ordering from this store.

Don’t waste your money !!!
Order never received, **** tracking, refund refused – extremely concerning experience I placed an order with this online store in March and, to date, I have still not received my item. Despite numerous follow-ups via email, I have only received vague responses, empty promises, and tracking links that either don’t work or show no real shipment progress. There has been no clear evidence that my order was ever dispatched. Based on this experience, this website shows all the signs of being a ****. There is a complete lack of transparency, no accountability, and no meaningful customer service. To make matters worse, they are now refusing to issue a refund despite failing to deliver the product. I strongly warn others to avoid this website. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend taking the risk unless you want to waste your money.
