My Policy No: 11320108 My claim was for R 20 000.00 and I only received R 19 396.00. I was short paid by R 604.00 - Consultant said she escalated the matter and I'm still waiting................. Death was caused by a car accident and I was supposed to receive an extra R 10 000.00...as per Sanlam iCover Family Funeral Plan Now Three days ago I was told by the consultant that iCover was discontinued long time ago but on the 25 of June 2024 I received an email from Melinda Davisworth, (Retail Mass: Operations), confirming that my Sanlam iCover Family Funeral benefits and monthly premiums will stay the same. My next policy review date is 25 July 2025. I feel that I have being ****med here by Sanlam SKY and I don't even know who is Sanlam SKY.
I bought a Fridge online on the 4th of July 2020. On the 15th of July 2020 I received an email stating that my order has been dispatched from their warehouse and that a Courier will contact me. I have sent emails to their websupport and even called but nobody had a knowledge about what is going on. Today is the 23rd of July 2020 and still no delivery. Worst service ever.
Hi Capitec, May you please assist on reversing a prepaid transaction. This morning, 03 October 2018, my wife accidentally bought for me a R1000 Vodacom prepaid (with Capitec app) instead of transferring into my Capitec account a R1000.
