Purchased 2 items from Perfect Dealz, they only delivered one. I called customer services and emailed and no response. So no refund or reason for only delivering part of the order
I have used Payflex and the past two months received notifications that payment failed, threatening charges and given instructions to pay, yet my banking shows the deduction as made. I then sent PoP, get an issue resolved only to get another message re the resolved payment. I initially thought this was a ****. How can the finance department be this ***********
I was looking for an online doctor as I was out of town and was directed to Just Answer. Got an instruction to complete the form and pay a R15 fee to be connected with a service provider. Next thing my account is debited for R614 and I am told it's the R599 monthly fee plus the joining fee (no mention was made of this. I was told I could cancel but my R599 would not be refunded.
I ordered running shoes in February under order refAZA02659583. I went through the return process and was assured item would be collected within 2-12 days, this never happened. I went as far as dropping the item at Adidas Sable Square and I am yet to get my refund
I made a purchase online and as soon as I received confirmation I noted it was the wrong product. I contacted customer services to ask to cancel or swop the product. This online retailer with take your money and after the 2-5 days for delivery passes will promise that the courier is collecting and you will receive your order but it doesn't arrive and you can't get hold of them after
An uninsured individual drove into on 4 April 24 so I had to go via my insurance for repairs. I got 2 quotes and before getting a 3rd was told it wasn't necessary. DialDirect's assessor's came in with a total repair cost below the cost of the parts of the quotes I got. I then find out the repair place they selected is not approved by my vehicle manufacturer and it is still under warranty. I eventually get the car to an approved service provider and today 2 months after the accident my car is still not repaired as insurance is delaying approval and payment for required parts. No courtesy vehicle provided, I still have to make car payments and incurr additional costs to get to work. To add insult to injury they deducted double the insurance amount this month
Staff are always very helpful and professional whether they are assisting you with a claim, advising on their offerings or assisting with information for SARS
I paid for a walking pad in August that never got delivered and it's a month now I they have been giving me the run around regarding a refund. They appear helpful and then you just don't hear back from them. They are effectively *****ing your money as they don't provide a product and don't refund you.
With the World Cup and Bok Friday's I decided to purchase a Bok t-shirt online from Brands Megastore. When it was delivered it said "Springboks since 1981" rather than 1891, which makes the t-shirt a reject but it was not advertised as such
