Lack of Feedback and Poor Customer Service – Reference REQ000006697188

Absolutely unacceptable service from MTN (Ref: REQ000006697188).

I have received no proper feedback on my query. Every time I call, I’m told it is being “escalated,” yet this only happens when I follow up – clearly no action is being taken behind the scenes.

I was also informed that supervisors do not speak to customers, which is extremely concerning when there is no resolution.

The only response I received was to wait 3 working days, excluding weekends, with no real update or accountability.

This is poor customer service and a lack of transparency. I expect urgent intervention, a proper update, and immediate resolution of this matter.
