REFUSAL TO REFUND

This firm has caused us pain and frustration for the past 10 months,, they were suppose to do a land transfer in November 2023,they kept on giving us excuses about delays for the past 10 months, lately portia prudence chilwane decided to cancel the transfer due to reasons known to her and offered a refund within 7 days, till to date we still struggling to get our refund, she went as far as creating 2 **** proofs of payments and send them to us, when we verify the authenticity it was ****,then she changed the story and said she cancelled those transactions she will do another one, she gives excuses of her banker making errors everyday.
