I ordered my item on the 15th of November and since then I have only received an email that it was shipped on the 20th. After numerous emails to the email addresses on the website I am still waiting for a response. When I contacted them via email I received a short reply from Augustine saying my enquiry will be forwarded to someone without asking any details about my order itself. She blocked me immediately and took my comments off from the posts. They actually deserve a minus 20 because there is no service. They took my money and now they're hiding behind the fact that there is limited contact details on their website. But I refuse to let them get away with my money even if is is just R690 after collecting as much information about the pty ltd I am giving them 24 hours like they give customer's for a response before I go to the SAPS and open a fraud case. I will also be logging complaints with the payments services they make use of to do orders. Lets see how they will be able to order orders if they can't used services like payfast ect...... we as customers also have rights and do not deserve to be ripped off and being taken advantage of.
