From the moment I stepped onto the lot at Muji Volkswagen Springs, I knew I was in good hands. After visiting several other dealerships, the difference here was night and day. The entire team, from sales to finance to service, demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Cameron (Salesman) and Melissa (Finance), were absolutely fantastic. They listened attentively to my needs and preferences without any pressure or pushy tactics, which was a refreshing change. They were incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. 10/10 For the excellent service š

I would rate my experience as excellent, as the process was smooth, professional, and efficient. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and informative. I especially appreciated Malisa,Cameron & Sam for their assistance in helping me choose the right vehicle and explaining the terms clearly.

Very bad. They lost one of their top parts agents and from there the parts department is absolutely useless theres no other words. Bad service, bad organization everything just went straight to the ground. We bought all our parts at muji springs but they will never see us again.

Well, I didn't enjoy the experience. When I took my car in for maintenance, neither the brakes nor the engine had any issues. car got an error message that read "ENGINE OVERHEAT, STOP" when I drove home after the service, and my brakes began making strange noises. In addition to the fact that the therapy is different for each individual, I have never encountered this in the morning or previously when I took my car in for maintenance. I arrived at 7:15 ahead of schedule. Even the staff got me there, but I was surprised to learn that a white woman who arrived later was called to pick up her car! Well. After the service, the vehicle was filthy. I need help Iām extremely shocked with what has happened to my car. This is the 1st time having this.

My story is a very long one starting on the 31st January 2024. I bought a "brand new" VW Polo from one of your dealers (Springs Muji), after just more than a week of driving the vehicle i picked up a very high pitch screeching sound coming from the brakes. I reported it to the dealer, they took the car in checked it and reported they could not find anything wrong. After numerous audio and video recordings the dealership experienced it as well. For the 5 months that i have the vehicle it has been spending atlest 3-5 plus days a month at the dealership, they can not figure out what the problem is, they have changed my break pads and discs more than once and still can not identify the problem. Three weeks ago was the last time i collected my vehicle from them the problem still not solved they not giving me any solution, everyday telling me they waiting for feedback from VW and they should have a response tomorrow and now it is 3 weeks later and still no solution. I finally received feedback today the 11th July 2024 basically telling me VW can not fix the vehicle there is no repair procedure as long as the breaks are functioning me as the consumer is stuck with the defect product. I feel it is very unacceptable that hard working individuals like myself have to spend our hard earned money on what we hope to be a "brand new" product and instead get a faulty product in return and we just have to accept and live with it. I have voiced my dissatisfaction with the product and i have lost my love for the brand, it is unacceptable that big brands can just forsake its customers and there complaints and i now have to deal with the burden of having to pay and drive a defect vehicle and after all the work done on it i do not see it as a new product anymore. I no longer want this vehicle and want to cancel the deal because I cannot pay for a product/service I am not getting, clearly VW cannot or will not solve this problem.

I have never experienced such impressive service like i did at Muji VW Springs. My Polo had a technical fault and i decided to book it in at Muji VW Springs. Wow, how impressive the service was. The manager assisted me immediately, the lady at the help desk organised the booking. The day i booked in my vehicle a lady by the name of Lezandre assisted me so efficiently i was blown away. She knew exactly what my concern was, Organised transport for me to go to work, Called me twice to keep me informed and even got my vehicle washed. I didn't even buy my vehicle there but the level of service i received has never been duplicated anywhere else. Try them and judge for yourself. I would recommend 12 out of 10 if i could. Well done to the team for giving me the ultimate service. I'm still blown away.

Early August 2023 brought me my new (used) long awaited VW Caddy. After being assured by the salesman that an after market installation of electric windows was no problem I am left with a very bad taste in mouth. 4 months down the line & painful arthritic elbows from winding windows and still no light at the end of the tunnel!!!!! I wish I'd never taken delivery until promises were kept.
