Horrified, stressed, putrit, terrible most pathetic service ever. You'll be no 1 in the queue for over 30 minutes till you put the phone down. They are ***ards ****s most cruel customer service ever. Over 5 days 7l calls and waited for 1.5 hrs per call nothing happens. There chat service = to all above
This now happens to be my 4th review. I don't know why most staff I deal with are ****s and have no work ethics. My investment has not been allocated since December. I did not receive a salary to date although i have it in writing that i will get paid. The way i look at NMG and every person i dealt with misled me and ****. I am sickly i stated in my previous review that i suffer anxiety and depression and my blood pressure is very high directly caused by NMG. My salary is not paid after promising me. I doubled up on my medication dosage. I spoke to my psychiatrist and gonna see him again in this month. 1. its my money why are you not doing what is suppose to be done, Am i getting my salary as promised : i need to pay my bills and put food for the table If I don't get paid as promised I won't be able to pay bills or put food on the table. You seriously have no empathy towards your clients. the hard we done to get this pension and invest it to be treated with a no care attitude is ridiculous I will wait for feedback and ensure i get my Feb salary
Dis chem boksburg north did not deliver medication i needed with urgency and made them aware of. Despite the Dispensary promising to deliver. If I get sick its on you. Most pathetic unreliable, narcissistic attitude, dont care for people health. Don't care if you die. And they did not deliver my meds with my parcel. Shameless arrogant no morals no integrity.
Allan Gray 1st Request to NMG was 10th December 2025. After the 3rd reminder it was sent for signature in the last week of Jan 2026. On the 27th of Jan I was advised by my advisor that my tax directive was sent to SARS. I was **** to yet again as I was advised by 2 persons from NMG the tax directive is still to be sent. From the 27th till today my advisor told me the directive has not returned from SARS I dont know what to do or say I have to accept im bul**** and constantly **** to. Since this is my 4rd complain. I wish to advise the personal department directors in charge. I beg you not to respond as you treat complaints with kid gloves. The circle is never closed. Its very hurtful when you worked 35years for your money looking forward to retirement only to be caught in a web of NMG lies and dont care attitude. Thanks for raising my pressure and started taking more anti depressants.
I dont name how to describe when a company is this neglectful of client care. I was advised by my advisor that he would send me the ROT today to get it signed by the inbestment company. I also rem8 ded him yesterday his commitment . As expected no ROT received no comes received its ok its just another client we messing with. This our reputation. From me its what is expected. NMG nope not a good company to rely on. Some staff are excellent . However the people that matter in my business and are trained lack serious customer service.
When you told by a person.in managerial position that their admin is slow to process claims on retirement. And its a weakness of NMG you get to ask yourself the question why the director and senior management fail to correct the issues. I am personally experiencing inconsistencies in trying to get paid. I signed my withdrawal form over a month back and no one can say with cer*****y if any process started. Also complaining to your financial advisor makes no difference. So yes I hope I get my money that I saved for 35 years. And I hope admin issues are sorted so other clients dont experience what im going through.
I receive a advert from Hirches by mail. I wanted the item so I went to the store showing the a photoshot of the e mail. They insisted on the actual one and I sent to them. They fail to contact me and than they did not receive the e mail their system has an issue. I waited severeral hours. I still await feedback as the advertised price is R2999.99 and they asked me for R4100. I find this *********.
C9m8ng to this car hire at n8ght waited longer than taking a flight from JHB to DBN. The wait is unnecessary and unpleasant. Seem very disorganis4d and lack training
