Breach of Contract

I took a one-month loan with them, and I was happy with their service. I app**** for a loan on the 19 of September and sign an agreement with them to pay on the 15 of October. 2024 and it is stipulated on the contract but yho to my Suprise they when to my account on the 30 of September and deducted and I've been trying to get hold of the to correct what they did. they should be indicated from the beginning of I have to pay within 15 days and they bad part is that they charged me full interest. they are ignoring my email not responding to any. I feel rob, don't know if they expect me to apply for another loan to charge me another interest. I am disappointed didn't know that I am dealing with ****mers. The bad part is that the money they took its not mine know I have to go around borrowing the money they took.
