I have a very old Mulah loan account that was settled many years back but still Mulah keeps me blacklisted

I have a very old Mulah loan account that was settled many years back but still Mulah keeps me blacklisted. This account has in any case prescribed already. I have also sent Mulah several emails but they just choose to ignore me, so they can keep me blacklisted. Please can someone help to get my names cleared.
