I am listed at ITC for a missed payment for January or February, even though I don't have any missed payments and my account has always been up to date. Ackermans (Tenacity) says they received my payment late (for whatever reason), and because of this, they say they list me as a Missed Payment.
I opened a Mr Price account and fetched my new card yesterday. When I got the card I was forced to buy a sim card that I don't want or need, as the store told me it is compulsory with a new account. I didn't even take thew sim but now I must pay for it. WHY??? Why does Mr Price force me to take a new sim card that I don't want or need.
I have an old account with Wesbank from 2011, that was settled long ago, and this account has prescribed long ago already. Now Wesbank just adds a Prescription Interrupted indicator on my account to keep me blacklisted. Is it even legal to do this to people?
I have a very old Mulah loan account that was settled many years back but still Mulah keeps me blacklisted. This account has in any case prescribed already. I have also sent Mulah several emails but they just choose to ignore me, so they can keep me blacklisted. Please can someone help to get my names cleared.
My wife had an incident with our car on Sunday the 2nd of March. The same day PMD arranged for a towing service to recover our vehicle and to take it to an assessment center. The problem is it was taken to PE, but we live in George. Then a few days later we receive an email stating that we must pay in R11,000 because my wife is not a registered driver. After arguing with PMD we got this sorted out as she was in fact a registered driver. After this we received an sms saying the car would be fixed in Secunda, we must just fetch the car there once its complete. We then called PMD to ask why not fix it in George or Mossel Bay, where we live? PMD then changed it to a panel beater in George. Yesterday we called to find out why is it taking so long, as our car was still in PE, waiting for an upliftment. Then yesterday we also received a sms stating that our car now needs to be fixed in PE by a panel beater there. Why is PMD changing everything so much, and why is it taking so long? Why can’t PMD just bring our car back to be fixed in George or Mossel Bay? Why does PMD keep changing everything? Does it really take a whole week for an assessment and why must a car be taken so far away from our home? It honestly feels like your claims department has no idea what they are doing. We also pay for a car rental on our policy but didn’t use it now, as we must pay in a deposit of R4000 for the rental. I really like PMD but this seriously cannot be the way you guys work. I was denied a credit card application a few months ago because I wasn't working for 7 months yet. Now I am denied again because I work in Tanzania and my payslip is in USD, even though it is paid directly into my South African Nedbank account monthly. Today I call to complain but customer service says they can't help me because they can't send me a push message whist I am on a call. It really feels like African Bank is not for all South Africans and that you single out certain people and just look for excuses to not help them. You should rather then advertise differently and say you are only there for certain groups of people..
I completed a diploma through Oxbridge in 2011. Now when I ask for information regarding this I am told that you can not help me? When I ask to speak to a manager, I am told that Oxbridge managers don’t speak to the students over the phone??? So basically I wasted my money and time competing this diploma through Oxbridge then??? You guys are seriously useless and I will make sure I put this message on all available social media platforms.
I had a Capitec loan many years ago and it was closed many years ago as well. Now I see Capitec is listed on the credit bureau and it shows I owe Capitec money. When I contact Capitec to sort this out I keep getting put on hold for 10 minutes + and still no one answers my calls. So how do I get this sorted out if Capitec doesn't even talk to me???
I have a very old account with Wesbank which I now see is on my credit profile. When I contact Wesbank I keep getting told to speak to Mahau. I have called Mahau now several times but only get as far as the answering services. It is impossible to speak to Mahau so how do I get this sorted out????
I had a Vodacom contract many years ago and it was closed many years ago as well. Now I see Vodacom is listed on the credit bureau and it shows I owe Vodacom money. When I contact Vodacom to sort this out I keep getting cut off by the machine as I don't have a valid Vodacom number. So how do I sort this out if I cannot even call Vodacom??
