Hi There.... With much disappointment i have to write this review to inform you of the poor customer service at your store. I have been to your Chatsworth branch in Durban yesterday to cut a key. When i went to the store i spoke to the gentleman informing him that i have come to cut a key. I asked what is the cost to cut a key and he said its R60 so my husband and i decide to cut 2 keys. Afterwards when i looked at the cut key i told the gentleman that the teeth of the key he has cut does not look the same as my original key. He looked at the key and gave me a strange look like to him it seems fine, he then cashed up and wrote a receipt where i noted the total was R130 and he gave me R20 change as i paid him R150. When i asked him he says the key was R65 each so i didn't want to make a fuss. I went home and tried the key on my gate and 1 key goes in but does not lock and the second key cut does not even go in the lock. Its so upsetting when you pay for something that does not work. Its like wasting money down the drain. Because of the gentleman attitude at your store i did not feel like going back to your store and unfortunately i will not recommend people to cut keys at your store going forward. When you are in the service industry your staff has to be welcoming and give customers the best service which i did not receive. My only hope is that your standards of customer service improves and the KEY CUTTING must be done 100%. We are paying for you to do your job correctly

Worst Service and lying to customers to says they will call them back. Went to fix my new shoes and glue was smashed all over my new suede shoes and now my shoes are ruined. The worse thing is that I only wore those twice since I bought them.I asked them why is glue smashed on my shoe no one is able to answer and they took sand paper and sc****d my suede off. I feel like someone needs to tell me what am I supposed to do with ruined shoes. Clearly MultiServ Arconpark hires people who don’t care, how come there was glue all over my shoes. For the fact their service is expensive

I was highly appalled about pathetic customer service from Multiserv dry cleaner in 14th Avenue checkers roodepoort, I requested to dry clean navy blue pants and they were return grey, I raised a query with them I was expected to give receipt, the dry cleaner takes strictly cash..no contact from them and head office.

Went to Multichoice Raslouw Wednesday to drop off sneakers 👟 that had were splitting at the sole. I expressed the importance of these sneakers staying intact because they were my daughters. They wanted upfront payment for next day collection. Saturday (1st wear) they has completely split even worse than before. I took this them back with the little time i had Monday to request a refund but they refused. They also couldn't show me their refund policy as I gave them my receipt. They said I must contact their boss who doesn't respond to calls or messages. Poor service indeed. I want my money back!

Go to Mserve at Leroy Merlin to have shoes repaired (6 pairs, different issues) and get told, eish, we don't have a sewing machine. ***??? You advertise shoe repairs. Sends me to the store in East Rand Mall. I walk and walk, but it's in East Point Mall!!!!!!!!! Finally get there and they want R200 to fix a hole the size of my pinkie nail. Forget them, horrid service and SOOOOO overpriced.

So I took my Cavalli heels to Multiserve Raslouw Centre and they ruined my shoes. My shoes were in a worse off condition than when I took them in. The service was horrible. It took them 3 weeks just to glue them. The owner named Peter made promises and delegated to his employee to failed to deliver. If you love your shoes, do not ever go to them.

I went to multiserve Protea Glen Mall today to collect my suit and handed in my pants for dry cleaning and when I paid using their speed point only to find out that it is not working/declined the transaction by on my App it was showing the the money was deducted.So I asked for a customer copy and I was told that I am not allowed to get it and I asked for any proof of the transaction by with no luck. So I asked the lady who was helping me to call the manager for me and She told me that the manager is currently in Multiserve Maponya Mall and I asked her to call her which She did after explaining the situation to her(the manager by the name of Annah Cell number:0736012228) hung up on her and I asked the lady who was helping to give me Annah"s number so I can call her which She did.When I call Anah and explained the situation to her she told me that I am not allowed to have a customer copy,I asked her why she told me that she is busy and she does not have time for me I told her that I believe you are busy with the customer and I am also a customer them she started shouting at me and I warned her that she mustn't raise her voice when talking to me as I am not her husband I am a paying customer. She them started telling me that I am not her type and I doesn't come any closer to her husband and started telling how low I am and asked her you don't even now me how can you say such thing to the person that you don't see,you only talking to me on the phone and I continued telling her that my phone is recording you as we speak and she started cooperating and asked the lady who was helping me to give me a copy after I phoned her using cellphone and my airtime.

Maynard Mall lost my shoes ,I went to collect my shoes for n the 22/07/24 only to be told they can’t find my shoes they will call me by Wednesday in hope one of their clients will return my shoes,to date I have not received my shoe neither a call
