Terrible service when putting through a claim. We pay for these policies but when death occurs and we need to claim from the policy which we pay for every month without failure. No money is received, its 3months now that my dad has passed away and his death policy with Old Mutual has not been paid out. It states payout within 10 days but this company wants to take the debits and not provide the service. Very disappointing especially during this mourning period for my mum
Hi There.... With much disappointment i have to write this review to inform you of the poor customer service at your store. I have been to your Chatsworth branch in Durban yesterday to cut a key. When i went to the store i spoke to the gentleman informing him that i have come to cut a key. I asked what is the cost to cut a key and he said its R60 so my husband and i decide to cut 2 keys. Afterwards when i looked at the cut key i told the gentleman that the teeth of the key he has cut does not look the same as my original key. He looked at the key and gave me a strange look like to him it seems fine, he then cashed up and wrote a receipt where i noted the total was R130 and he gave me R20 change as i paid him R150. When i asked him he says the key was R65 each so i didn't want to make a fuss. I went home and tried the key on my gate and 1 key goes in but does not lock and the second key cut does not even go in the lock. Its so upsetting when you pay for something that does not work. Its like wasting money down the drain. Because of the gentleman attitude at your store i did not feel like going back to your store and unfortunately i will not recommend people to cut keys at your store going forward. When you are in the service industry your staff has to be welcoming and give customers the best service which i did not receive. My only hope is that your standards of customer service improves and the KEY CUTTING must be done 100%. We are paying for you to do your job correctly
Very disappointing when it comes to approval of a claim. For the past months my dad's claim is still awaiting for approval. We pay for policies so in an event of an emergency we know that we are covered. My dad is surviving with one lung and that one lung is giving up. All medications we have to buy privately because the hospital is not prepared to waste the medications on a dying man. The medications we have to buy privately are very expensive. We put a claim through as my dad has a Disability and illness benefit. It's been way over months now and 1 one the policies have not been paid out. How can Old Mutual pay for 1 policy and not the other. Old Mutual needs to send the assessor to our home so he can see my dad's health condition and hes unable to work and earn an income. When will my dad get his payout, when he's dead and too late? Seems like it's a big ****, all sweet talk to take a policy but when it's time to payout, they just delay and don't respond hoping people will back down. I personally don't advise anyone to take out a disability or illness benefits.
Hi there What going on between Payfast and Vumatel. I paid on Saturday morning for my wifi but have not been connected. 6 days with no internet is bad. Apparently they trying to track my payment. How long does it take? Almost a week? You should connect my wifi as payment was clearly made. This is between Payfast and Vumtel payment system fault but we the customers must suffer Very poor and disappointing service delivery
Hi there I been trying to get a hold of customer service from Saturday but no luck. Whatsapp message not read and calls goes straight to voice-mail. I have contacted vumatel but they said I must contact you guys regarding my wifi connection. Can someone please respond to me. I have sent am email to you guys regarding my problem but I think the agent Ayanda didn't even read my email because she rep**** stating payment method. It's a Joke because I have already done payment and still my wifi is not connected. I have been running in circles between Vumatel and Fly.cool seems to be very unprofessional and disappointing to have no wifi for 3days now
Very bad customer service. My husband asked fir the link to do payment on for and the lady says it's already showing paid on system. So my hubby tells her it's for January but she insisted it showing paid. On Saturday morning our wifi get cut off so my hubby contacts her again asking for the payment link as wifi is cut off. Then payment is made by 7am and I received an email stating payment successful but still no connection. It's not sunday and pay has been made yesterday morning. I don't understand why I am not connected. It's frustrating that now for 2 days we don't have wifi and got no assistance from customer service. Is it because of been a weekend, no assistance, no customer service, is all the staff too busy partying? Terrible service or more like no service on Weeķends
I am trying to get a hold of m-sure for the past 3 days. No response. The call gets cut off. I have sent emails still know response. I just want to query about my cover and I get no help. So how this company is going to help me when I do tend to claim?
