Shocking after sales support.

Munaaz Catering have a great sales pitch. Prices are good, but once you've bought the equipment, their attitude changes completely. Can't reach the salesman or the service team, when the equipment breaks down unless it is out of warranty, then the response is very quick and dismissive. When I finally managed to get someone out to repair one of the large machines in the restaurant kitchen, it was such a shoddy job that within a couple of weeks it was broken again, and now I can't get anyone from the service team out to do a proper repair job.<br> It is sad to see a company that pushes so hard to sell their equipment and stresses excellent after sales service, which is one of the main reasons we went with them, turn out to be the kind of company that just forgets about their clients once the sale is done.
