Head of Design and Sales (all title, no back bone)
Trying to buy equipment for a large company from them since last year, was promised delivery mid January 2023, when I follow up with them in the new year the Head of Design and Sales Henry Cromhout tells me that I will only receive my equipment mid February 2023 without explanation as to why? furthermore I sent a mail to request as why its been delayed, due to the fact that every time I request feedback the story changes....they do not bother to answer or return my calls or mails, this is after they had received FULL PAYMENT for this unit. I think today on the 2nd of Feb, lastly heard from Henry on the 8th decide to call and speak to the person in charge to receive a refund, I then spoke to a very help and kind individual named Samantha who help me prompt and sorted out my delivery. Thank you, Samantha! its people and employees like Henry that bring poor reputation to company's and employees that try, they should get ride of these toxic passengers. They think because of their titles they can treat clients like they have treated us...I can assure you that the huge company and our sister companies that I work for will never do business with Munaaz again. Trust me when I say you guys are losing out.

Munnaaz Catering---Shocking!!
Shocking experience!!! I bought a new upright icecream freezer 4 months ago and it broke twice already and both time I loast product and they have 100 excuses to why they can not exchange the broken one for a new one.... On top of this, they have put a huge groove into my PVC floor, when the technician dragged the freezer out to repair!! So your choice if you wants to experience this or not!!

Munnaaz Catering---Shocking!!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Dealt with Munaaz catering for about a year now with a project. They have a policy to pay everything upfront before the service is delivered. I now know why, because half way in the project we realized how useless they are. If they only took a deposit no one in their right mind would settle the balance after the nightmare. SUB STANDARD PRODUCTS VULGAR SERVICE DELIVERY NO AFTER SERVICE After spending more than R1 000 000 at a company you would expect better. Please be warned. Staff involved Henry Cromhout Anna-Marie Stevens If only the Manager Yacoob Carr could have saved the situation, but delegating these issues clearly dont work.

Munaaz.... Great help,great service and all on last minute. I never thought a Company could sort my kitchen out this fast. Detail was excellent with the Sales Rep Slade guiding me step by step all the way. My Kitchen is my home and Munaaz made my home a great business.

Outstanding service for impeccable products
We have worked with Munaaz Catering Equipment before and will definitely do so in the future. The communication is excellent from the first phone call to the last question you have about the product long after it was built in. The quality and finishes of the stainless steel tables and sinks are superb - we are over the moon with their products and service. Thanks to this awesome team, they really make it true and add value to your business!

<p>munaaz catering is waar n klient die swakste diens ooit sal kry. Nie die "managing director" jacoob carr of sulaimann caar , tegniese bestuurder, of nasheetah beteken iets nie. Na vele gesukkel , meer as maand, het ek my menger terug vanaf herstelwerk. Niemand skakel terug op navrae nie of stuur epos op navraag nie. Niemand wil verantwoordelikheid neem nie en die verantwoordelikheid word net na volgende persoon verskuif. Sodra hulle in hoek is begin hulle vals aantygings maak. Eers was dit dat daar onder standaard onderdele gebruik is. Toe die fakture getoon is wat wys dat die onderdele by die vervaardiger/herstel maatskappy gekoop is, begin hulle met nuwe wysie dat die teginkus onopgevoed is. munaaz en sy personeel is om van te kots. </p>

Shocking after sales support.
Munaaz Catering have a great sales pitch. Prices are good, but once you've bought the equipment, their attitude changes completely. Can't reach the salesman or the service team, when the equipment breaks down unless it is out of warranty, then the response is very quick and dismissive. When I finally managed to get someone out to repair one of the large machines in the restaurant kitchen, it was such a shoddy job that within a couple of weeks it was broken again, and now I can't get anyone from the service team out to do a proper repair job.<br> It is sad to see a company that pushes so hard to sell their equipment and stresses excellent after sales service, which is one of the main reasons we went with them, turn out to be the kind of company that just forgets about their clients once the sale is done.
