Shocking experience!!! I bought a new upright icecream freezer 4 months ago and it broke twice already and both time I loast product and they have 100 excuses to why they can not exchange the broken one for a new one.... On top of this, they have put a huge groove into my PVC floor, when the technician dragged the freezer out to repair!! So your choice if you wants to experience this or not!!
I have been with Mweb for some years now without any incidents...but now you guys messed up big time!!! Firstly it takes almost an hour to get through to you.. I am sitting without internet for 3 weeks now....first you could not help me with my fibre order...then I had to change to LTE..When my LTE finally arrived, there was problems with mtn and when that was sorted out, my new modem is not working and need to be replaced....and here I am still sitting without interenet...I thinks is absolute pathetic
