WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Dealt with Munaaz catering for about a year now with a project. They have a policy to pay everything upfront before the service is delivered. I now know why, because half way in the project we realized how useless they are. If they only took a deposit no one in their right mind would settle the balance after the nightmare. SUB STANDARD PRODUCTS VULGAR SERVICE DELIVERY NO AFTER SERVICE After spending more than R1 000 000 at a company you would expect better. Please be warned. Staff involved Henry Cromhout Anna-Marie Stevens If only the Manager Yacoob Carr could have saved the situation, but delegating these issues clearly dont work.
Revolting service from Riekus from Anriek Steel. Had a big building project in Franschhoek. We used Anriek Welding for all the steel work on the property. Final work that had to be done was just pushed out. Half finished job. I tried to contact them several times for weeks with no reply. Just a plain ignore from there side. Watch out. I will never use or recommend them.
Very disappointed in your services. What a struggle to get hold of a manager to raise my concerns with a courier service booked. Got a courier service on Friday the 15th of June, the package was only picked up on Tuesday the 19th. I was dealing with Warren from internal sales who sent me a quote for R416.59 that we immediately paid. On Wednesday I get a call the 20th I got a call saying that the price is now R1704.46. I called several times to speak to a manager but every time the call was dropped and no one contacted me back (Tebogo). Finally I got hold of Vusi from HR who directed me to Tyrone, one of the managers. Tyrone did not bother to call me back and got Warren to call me. Warren advised me that if we do not pay the full amount they will send back the parcel to the sender. Holding me rand some. Now I am forced to pay the amount that was not agreed apon. Very disappointed! And yet again just ignored and forced to pay the not agreed apon amount
<p>Disgusting service! I want to close my account immediately, I have been trying to sort out a problem with airtime charges on my account since may 2017. According to the call centre a request for reversal has been put in several times. I have only been helped by useless staff members who take no action in solving the issue. I spoke to the customer relations manager who was also of no help, Mzamami Ndove. I need action taken on this problem. Please contact me on ********** 844</p>
