I’ve been a loyal Muscle Works customer for over a year and generally love the products. This is the first issue I’ve had. I bought a 2kg tub of 100% Whey Protein in Creamy Vanilla flavour from Takealot (order #196102237, delivered 25 November 2025). Manufacturing date 03/11/2025, best before 03/05/2027. When I opened it and mixed a shake, it tasted completely unsweetened - very plain, with no vanilla or sweetness at all. The seal was intact, no odd smells or lumps, so it seems like a possible batch problem with the flavouring or sweetener. I emailed the company on 9 December explaining the issue. I also sent them an Instagram message on 10 December and a follow-up email today (11 December), but haven’t had any reply. It’s a shame because I really like their products otherwise, but the lack of response has left me stuck with a tub I can’t use. Hoping they see this and get in touch.

I placed an order with Muscle Works, Order Number 101198, and paid for two (2) separate supplement items. I received the delivery today, but the package was incomplete. I paid for: Testosterone Plant-Based Protein Builder I only received the following item: Testosterone The Plant-Based Protein Builder is completely missing from the delivery. I have been attempting to contact the manufacturer directly but have been unsuccessful in finding a publicly listed phone number. I sent an email, but no response. I require Muscle Works to immediately investigate this error and arrange for the dispatch of the missing Plant-Based Protein Builder to fulfill my paid order. I Placed and paid for a order on the 19th Jully 2024. Order confirmation was sent, payment was done. A week later I sent my first email to the customer care (info) email. I sent msg on there FB page I kept sending emails daily to try and get some sort of feedback. Today is the 2nd Aug 2024 still no deilvery and no feedback from them. I have all the proof that my order was placed and emails and FB msg was sent. No delivery note to confirm that i got my order. So money lost, no order snd zero feebdack from a Company that shows on there sight they do things correct. What a upset.. Worst Company EVER.... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. BUNCH OF *******.

Adding to my frustration, there is no way to track my order, nor can I contact the company by phone. This lack of accessibility further compounds the problem and leaves me feeling helpless and uncertain about the status of my order. Another significant cause for concern is the inability to obtain a refund. Muscleworks' policy should provide a clear and straightforward process for refunds, but unfortunately, that is not the case. It is deeply unfair to leave customers without an option for reimbur*****t, especially when they have not received the products they paid for. Overall, my experience with Muscleworks has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of communication, absence of tracking options, and inability to secure a refund have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. These people are so unreliable. Made a purchase exactly 7 days ago, have sent them tons of emails and messages on their social media platforms regarding my order and they have not responded to a single one. There is no other way of contacting them and you can't even track your order. Their service is quite disgraceful and they clearly don't care about their customers. They say deliveries will be done within 72 hours which is 3 days, but here I am 7 days later and still not even an update. I am really disappointed 😞

These people are so unreliable. Ordered a bag of whey protein from them through takelaot, they replaced it with their own cheaper house brand product and just slapped the other product's price tag over it.
