Bought a Rare Beauty eyebrow pencil. Upon arrival - When I opened the pencil the inner product keeps falling out. I contacted the muse mobile number and was informed that they will see if its a manufacturer error. Tried to call them after, whatsapp and email again. No response. I'm beyond upset with their aftersales customer service. Its not like I spent R100 at dischem for an eyebrow pencil. Instead nearly a R1000.
