Aftersales customer service
Bought a Rare Beauty eyebrow pencil. Upon arrival - When I opened the pencil the inner product keeps falling out. I contacted the muse mobile number and was informed that they will see if its a manufacturer error. Tried to call them after, whatsapp and email again. No response. I'm beyond upset with their aftersales customer service. Its not like I spent R100 at dischem for an eyebrow pencil. Instead nearly a R1000.

Muse beauty sells expired products
Received a product that was clearly already opened/tampered with and expired. It came in a pump bottle with the pump seal already turned to open. The product smells putrid, is discolored brown / mouldy and clearly expired. The bottle also had a sticky glue residue on it. Won’t be purchasing from this store again.

Good until there is a fault with your order
I’ve ordered several times with them. You get your goods. But if something goes wrong with your order, you will be ignored. I’ve ordered a jelly highlighter (on sale). Upon receiving the order I’ve notice that the highlighter had separated and was essentially not useable. I assume this is due to them storing their products for years and years. Eventually putting expired products on sale. I have tried contacting them via email, WhatsApp and instagram. The only response I got was via instagram, saying they’d get back to me. They have not. Be warned that they do not get back to you if you have any order related issue.

Placed order on Wednesday 20 March 2024, 21st was public holiday, order was dispatched on Friday 22 March 2024, and I received the parcel on Monday 25 March 2024. Everything was safely packaged and I am very happy with my goodies.

Legit website with logistical issues
I placed my order on the same day as I places an order from an international beauty retailer as well as local site Bash. The other orders arrived about a week before that of Muse which is not an issue. The courier company Muse uses however (Rhenus Express) was unfami**** to me and when I tried to track it on this courier company’s website I could not trace the parcel (it said page error or shipment not found or something like that). At this point I started to panic and emailed the muse sales address on Friday midday to which I did not get a reply. So I called their whatsapp number on Sunday and Tasneem actually picked up. I was te se but she was professional, to the point and reassured me that I will get my goods and that she will revert on Monday. I received my parcel on Monday morning just after 10am. So my experience is that this is a credible business but it would be helpful if the owner responded to the Hello Peter reviews just to indicate that those issues were sorted and that the couriers she uses has an easily trackable system on their website (when I tried to track my parcel again on that website I could not even locate a tracking option). I trust them now and will likely reorder from her again. What would be helpful

This company is a ****. I ordered from them never received information about my order, they do not answer emails, nor whatsapp messages. They just take hard earned money and run. The Owner Tasneem Hassim doesn't care. Please rather spend your money somewhere else.
