Express delivery option is a ****. They advertise "express delivery" within 3-5 business days with UPS/DHL but it's a ****. They charge an extra premium for express delivery, but my package arrived a month later. I think the issue lies with UPS, just a shame that Sweet Care choose to appoint *********** couriers that bring their name down. It was better when they used DHL exclusively, much more reliable than UPS.
Received a product that was clearly already opened/tampered with and expired. It came in a pump bottle with the pump seal already turned to open. The product smells putrid, is discolored brown / mouldy and clearly expired. The bottle also had a sticky glue residue on it. Won’t be purchasing from this store again.
Only leaving a review here because I am unable to get any real feedback from Clicks on every other platform I've tried to contact them. I placed an online order 10 days ago and have still not received my order despite numerous attempts to get feedback from Clicks. Their response on every platform is just "thank you, we will escslate this to our online team." I just want to know when I will receive my order, if you cannot fulfill orders, please display a clear notice on your website, before we go ahead and place orders. I really just want a refund at this point. Their service and professionalism has really declined. Just to add - I placed a dischem order the same day I placed my Clicks order and received that within 2 days. There really is no excuse, their biggest competitor has capacity to fulfill online orders timeously. This is just poor service on Clicks part.
