I placed my order on the same day as I places an order from an international beauty retailer as well as local site Bash. The other orders arrived about a week before that of Muse which is not an issue. The courier company Muse uses however (Rhenus Express) was unfami**** to me and when I tried to track it on this courier company’s website I could not trace the parcel (it said page error or shipment not found or something like that). At this point I started to panic and emailed the muse sales address on Friday midday to which I did not get a reply. So I called their whatsapp number on Sunday and Tasneem actually picked up. I was te se but she was professional, to the point and reassured me that I will get my goods and that she will revert on Monday. I received my parcel on Monday morning just after 10am.
So my experience is that this is a credible business but it would be helpful if the owner responded to the Hello Peter reviews just to indicate that those issues were sorted and that the couriers she uses has an easily trackable system on their website (when I tried to track my parcel again on that website I could not even locate a tracking option).
I trust them now and will likely reorder from her again.
