I ordered two headboards, one for a double bed and one for queen and they sent me both oversized. The queen one had patchwork, like they ran out of material and used any piece they could find. I had to send the size of what I wanted. Then they eventually send the new one, which was also wrong size. They don't pay attention to your needs. They promise delivery on a certain day, but they never deliver and neither do they call you to update you. Tatenda, the sales guy at the Northgate branch will tell you anything to make the sale, including lies. To date they have not replaced the double, oversized headboard, even at the treat of publishing this on HelloPeter. They also covered one of my chairs to match the headboard. Looks like it was done at some persons garage with handtools. Pathetic quality, pathetic service. Oh, I also spoke to the owner, Johanes Mutle, seems like a dead end.
