Reserved a table the day before then when I went the next day, they had no clue which table was reserved. The waiter that served me couldn’t speak properly let alone loud enough to be hear over the fairly loud music. Ordered the meals and although the restaurant wasn’t full the order took a good 45 mins and came warm. The pasta was disgusting and the pizza had caramelised onions which tasted like if was soaked or stored in vinegar. Horrible wasn’t the words to describe the service and food. First time I tried this place and never again and I would recommend it to anybody neither. Manager came to us and said he will look into it then came back and said that’s how their food is. Guess not everybody had the same taste.
For the past few months their bread has a horrible smell that makes you just want to throw it away. It also gets mould well before the expiry date. Tried calling them and after numerous rings, they answer only to transfer the call a few times to different people, then cut the call. Why should we support a brand that treats the customers like this. I’m changing to another brand
This is my experience. This school has been on the decline for years. I have had my son there until AS level and then took him out and sent him to another school to finish. The teachers are unskilled to say the least and management seems only concerned in shutting you up with inaccurate info and making money. Education does not seem to be their focus. They have loads of fundraisers, but no effort into our kids mental health. I have raised concerns with them for years about the Cambridge curriculum and each time, they say we understand and we assure you, we are on par with international standards. Nonsense. They blatantly lie about this, which I found out the hard way. Teachers are never there and most times they never up to speed on Cambridge. When questioned, they cannot even give a response without having to check with management. When my kid did AS level and ended off with a mark we really did not expect (B in math) and when I questioned them about it, they had that dumb look like it was a surprise. Prospective parents, rather homeschool than send your kids there. This is my experience which I wish helps other parents make a decision. In my opinion the old principle was the sole cause of this decline. Now the new principle has to pick up the pieces while the old one is gone to another school. I feel sorry for those parents now.
I ordered two headboards, one for a double bed and one for queen and they sent me both oversized. The queen one had patchwork, like they ran out of material and used any piece they could find. I had to send the size of what I wanted. Then they eventually send the new one, which was also wrong size. They don't pay attention to your needs. They promise delivery on a certain day, but they never deliver and neither do they call you to update you. Tatenda, the sales guy at the Northgate branch will tell you anything to make the sale, including lies. To date they have not replaced the double, oversized headboard, even at the treat of publishing this on HelloPeter. They also covered one of my chairs to match the headboard. Looks like it was done at some persons garage with handtools. Pathetic quality, pathetic service. Oh, I also spoke to the owner, Johanes Mutle, seems like a dead end.
I used this guy to pave a small area and after the first rain the black pavers turned white because he did not brush off the cement that was used. When i asks him to remove the cement dust, he said that will be fine. The paving looks terrible. He promised to come back and repair it, he has been avoiding my calls and after 5 months, haven’t heard or seen him. I will now have to get another company to repair his **** work. I am with Cell C Business and for over a year I have had really bad signal. I run a business off this line and almost every time I either receive or make a call, the call drops, or loses signal, and not to mention any whatsapp calls go dead for a few seconds, then drops completely and I have to dial back just to complete the conversation. I have notified Cell C numerous times and they always say that I need to follow a few steps which should sort out the problem. I followed all instructions and no joy, which tells me that their staff are untrained or just lazy to figure teh problem out. They then say that they are migrating my number to another network and things will get better... More lies. Calls are still dropped almost every single time. Their customer service agent have no clue whats going on and cannot fix the problem. They then give you a reference number that when you call back, tehy say that number does not exist. My contract has expired and seems that the best thing to do is to move to another network. The worst and most pathetic service provider i have ever had. In addition, i was told that they are using Vodacoms towers, this means that Vodacom customer get preference on a call. Maybe that exactly what is happening to me, but they wont just come out and say it as I assume people will cancel their service and move to another network.
Never deal with this company. Once they get your money, your warranty is gone with them. Alfred, the owner has attitude and will literally leave you standing after he has put you in a lousy situation. He took my garage motor for repairs then eventually told me to go fetch it myself and fit it on as he refused to come back. He gave it for repairs then told me that I have to pay for it. This motor was fitted 5 months ago, so where is the warranty? He does not do business proper, but rather a fly by night.
went to check what tile they have and the salesman (Timothy) showed me something that I liked. Said they getting stock two days later and that the day after delivery, I would get my stock. All lies, the tiles never came from Durban as he promised. Over the weekend, he confirmed that he checked and they are enroute. More lies. I put off the installation of cupboards due this and at the moment, no tiles. When I requested to speak to the owner, Timothy said he will get him to call me. More Bull, I eventually speak to some idiot who claims to be the manager as the owners are overseas. I highly doubt that, this looked more like a way for each employee to cover each other. This Johnson ***** came on the phone to merely dismiss me and put the phone down. I then get a message to say come and pay and then they will order. People, if you on a timeframe, rather go to somebody who knows how to do business as these people have no clue. I think that's the reason, they are on small shop and not a huge establishment.
