Horrible service from Manager!
Really bad service from the manager of Papa Pronto! I placed an order with them online and called to check if they have received my order of which a “manager” confirmed which then I asked how long will it take and he said 30 - 45 minutes!!! 10 minutes later I am called by this manager who is shouting at me to say they cannot deliver this order as it is out of their delivery radius. My question to him was then why didn’t he confirm that with me when I called to check if they got the order!!! He didn’t even apologize for this inconvenience or even shouting at a customer over the line! Instead he shifted blamed and even said “I can do whatever I wanna do”!!! Such ********** service I have never received given how many times I have visited that restaurant!!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE - BIRTHDAY DINNER RUINED !
0/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience I honestly don’t even know where to start. I ordered prawns & calamari and received prawns and hake instead. After sending it back, I was brought peri-peri calamari (despite clearly ordering lemon butter because my spice tolerance is zero) along with cold prawns. After waiting again, I finally received lemon butter calamari — except this time the portion was noticeably smaller. With every correction, the portions somehow got smaller and smaller. Between dealing with two different waiters, repeated mistakes, long waits, and cold food, the entire experience was exhausting and incredibly disappointing — especially considering the pricing. In the end, after the third attempt, I gave up, packed the food into a doggy bag, and left. Cold seafood is unacceptable, and this was a complete waste of money. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it. I would honestly expect a refund after an experience like this.
