0/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience I honestly don’t even know where to start. I ordered prawns & calamari and received prawns and hake instead. After sending it back, I was brought peri-peri calamari (despite clearly ordering lemon butter because my spice tolerance is zero) along with cold prawns. After waiting again, I finally received lemon butter calamari — except this time the portion was noticeably smaller. With every correction, the portions somehow got smaller and smaller. Between dealing with two different waiters, repeated mistakes, long waits, and cold food, the entire experience was exhausting and incredibly disappointing — especially considering the pricing. In the end, after the third attempt, I gave up, packed the food into a doggy bag, and left. Cold seafood is unacceptable, and this was a complete waste of money. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it. I would honestly expect a refund after an experience like this.

I app**** for a loan of R5,000,000,00 for 240 months. i was happy with the assistance i received from the consultant, Lihle .at first i was a bit nervous when i was asked to pay upfront fee of R15900 but after Lihle expained everything clearly, i felt reassured and made the payment. within 40minutes the loan was in my account,pronto finance ia fast relibale and trustworthy

My recent visit to Papa Pronto - Witkoppen left a sour taste, unfortunately. While I was looking forward to a pleasant meal, the experience was significantly marred by the poor service I received from a particular waiter. He was a short, bald man with a receding hairline, Chopa seven Head(Jomo Sono Head) his demeanor was far from welcoming. Throughout our meal, we felt rushed and pressured to eat quickly, which is simply inappropriate for a dining experience. A good waiter should make customers feel relaxed and allow them to enjoy their food at their own pace, not hurry them along. This kind of service creates a stressful environment and completely detracts from the enjoyment of the meal. I hope Papa Pronto addresses this issue, as such service can really damage a restaurant's reputation, regardless of the quality of the food.

I have received horrible experience from Audrey(she said she was the manager). I called to make a booking all excited for 13 people for a birthday Lunch. I expected great service because We are regular customers at this restaurant and they were always helpful. I tried to explain to her that I would like to set up the table and if the waiters can help me. She responded with a nonchalant “I GUESS”. Her attitude was horrible towards me throughout the call and not professional at all. This was unacceptable. Kindness and being helpful shouldn’t be too much to ask for.

Reserved a table the day before then when I went the next day, they had no clue which table was reserved. The waiter that served me couldn’t speak properly let alone loud enough to be hear over the fairly loud music. Ordered the meals and although the restaurant wasn’t full the order took a good 45 mins and came warm. The pasta was disgusting and the pizza had caramelised onions which tasted like if was soaked or stored in vinegar. Horrible wasn’t the words to describe the service and food. First time I tried this place and never again and I would recommend it to anybody neither. Manager came to us and said he will look into it then came back and said that’s how their food is. Guess not everybody had the same taste.
