Mutual credit solutions-misled into debt review

Review: Mutual Credit Solutions phoned me on 22 April 2026 promising “debt help” and “lower instalments”. They sent a link to sign Form 16.

I was NEVER told I would be placed under debt review or barred from credit. No informed consent as required by NCA Section 86(1).

When I asked for the call recordings and my Form 16, they claimed the NCR already has it, but I have not received any documents.

I withdrew in writing immediately. I demand: written proof my Form 16 has NOT been submitted to the NCR/credit bureaus, confirmation my file is closed, and no fees charged.

NCR complaint already logged.

Warning to others: Do not sign documents sent after a cold call. You could be placed under debt review without understanding the consequences.
