Unsatisfied costumer
I ordered a clutch pulley for an aircon pump on the 15" of November 2025 from MVA website and paid via EFT into MVA spares account. When i received the pulley, it was the incorrect one, send it back with Courier Guy on my own account. I still have not received the correct part or a refund, and it is the 30" of January already. When i enquired about the outstanding refund, I was told to contact Bop shop which i did, they have no knowledge of the refund or any information about my order on their system. On the website it states "If we sent the wrong part, we cover the cost of return shipping once received back in original, unused, resell able condition we will despatch the correct part at no extra cost. "Furthermore, the website states ' We do what we say, we are a company built on ethics, integrity, inclusivity. " But that is all very far from what I have experienced. AJ Duncker

Reliable and quick
The best and very reliable. Quicker to ship out packages. I'm a returning customer and have always received my parts the following day after making a payment (They're in Gauteng and I'm in Limpopo). I am satisfied with their service

These f****** only sell useless knock off and reject parts that are not compatible. Josh and Vlad knowingly supply parts that are incorrect and once you sign that waiver consider it yours, even if you notify them within the 5 day period they will not refund you nor exchange the part and basically tell you to go f*** yourself. As for any warranty or guarantee it's all bulls*** Management hide behind the salesmen, no F***ING *****.

Wrong part supp**** and blamed on Customer by MVA Spares
I bought an Audi Q5 bonnet from these guys on the 16th Oct 2024 and told them my audi was a 2014 model. The guy sold me the bonnet which honestly looks like my bonnet but when the panel beater fitted the bonnet on the car, it was not the correct one. It happens that the bonnet sold to me was for the 2009-2012 model. I called MVA spares back and to my surprise they refused to take the bonnet back from me and the guy I spoke to said I confirmed it was correct. There is no way they wouldn't know their bonnet was not for a 2014 model as they should have these things on their system and I am not a panel beater there is no way I would know this for sure. I am so disappointed that I have to waste 4500, I had to buy another bonnet same price and the bonnet MVA Spares sold to me is just sitting there. It was my first time buying anything from these guys and I dont think I'd ever go back or recommend anyone.

Outstanding Service from Vlad
I made a single call to a salesman named Vlad who was most helpful. I was assisted with friendliness and professionalism.
