What the **** are you doing in my account on the 6th of the month when my debit order date is on the 20th. YOU ARE ****ING INCONVENIENCING ME. **** OFF AFRICAN BANK, **** OFF. DID YOU NOT GET YOUR ****ING MONEY ON THE 20TH? WHY ARE YOU DEBITING MY ACCOUNT? I CAN'T PAY FOR MY URGENT MEDICAL EMERGENCY FOR THE ****ING REASON THAT I BORROWED MONEY FROM AFRICAN BANK THAT HAS TOO MUCH TASTE FOR PEOPLE'S MONEY IN A WAY THAT EVERY INCOME THAT GOES TO OUR ACCOUNT MY GO TO AFRICAN BANK. I JUST DON'T HAVE MONEY AT THE MOMENT, I'D CLOSE THIS STUPID ACCOUNT. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!
I am back again with the same issue. Auto and Gen is now taking away my peace. The fist time i complained they promised to look at the issue and get back to me but they were just buying time to strike again. This morning i received a call from a consultant who is still claiming that i should pay them because i was involved in an accident with their client. The issue happened on the 20th of August and for the sake of peace of mind and having good relationships with people i agreed to pay for their client's excess amount of R13000. Auto and Gen, get the hell away from me, i am not going to pay you a cent. I don't owe you and i settled the issue with your client. You are jot getting a cent from me. I know the business is dry but it's wrong to want to take advantage of people. You are such a horrible company and i hate you
I can't believe that i am buying data bundles everyday while i hava contract with Vodacom. I was so happy with them that i renewed our contract. This time around someone decided to add their HOME INTERNET option on my package. I had no issues for about 3 months then started experiencing slow connection. For more than 6 months I've been calling Vodacom to report the issue and they all refreshed my network which only worked for a day until my last call in December when a consultant informed me that the package i am on only works on a router. Vodacom please restore the package that i was using and remove your home package that you added without my knowledge
The best and very reliable. Quicker to ship out packages. I'm a returning customer and have always received my parts the following day after making a payment (They're in Gauteng and I'm in Limpopo). I am satisfied with their service
In my everyday schedule i have to allocate time to call Vodacom and report that i am unable to connect to the internet, everyday. This is not what i really signed up for. Each time i call i have to deal with a Bot and refreshes the line with no results. This is frustrating
My student account which i last used in around 2012 was not closed but just dormant. The amazing news for me was that i was able to reactivate it. I couldn't believe that I'd still find that same account number. I am so so happy. This is my very first bank account of my life and i found myself revisiting those old moments i once had with this account. Thanks a lot Standard Bank
I am being harassed by Auto and General. I was involved in an accident with their client and it was nobody's fault but a pure accident. Now they keep on sending me messages that i have been found guilty and i have to pay them for damages. Who found me guilty? I engaged with their clients and agreed to settle it by assisting him to pay for his excess which i did. Now Auto and Gen is insisting that i owe them for damages. Please give me a break. Rather take the matter to court because i am not paying you a cent. I am not guilty as you've already passed your judgement.

I got a call from a consultant regarding my loan which is in arrears. We set up an arrangement to catch up with the account and to my surprise i got a message to say they are "going to try to reduce my arreas" on my payday and this is NOT what we arranged with the consultant. Once again, i regret going to ask for assistance from this institution called African Bank. I need a copy of a recording made available to me and i stick with the arrangement i made with a consultant on that recording.
Selling secret exposure: They claim to have a Massive sale on their website but i found out that their so called SALE is on 365 days a year, it doesn't end. Here's what this means: they put a higher price which they claim is the original price for the product when the truth is that it never and will never get to that price because it's not genuine product. That 'original price' is only to wow a client and truck them into believing that they are buying original. I bought a KALAN which was showing an original price of R6200 and a discounted price of R790. Go to the website today and you'll find the same information. This **** KALAN that they sell actually goes for around R350 from sellers that tell you straight that it's not genuine. They use this bait to double the selling price by tricking people that they're selling originals. Back to my product, the packaging revealed that it was a damn **** and that 2 minutes scent
