I ordered a clutch pulley for an aircon pump on the 15" of November 2025 from MVA website and paid via EFT into MVA spares account. When i received the pulley, it was the incorrect one, send it back with Courier Guy on my own account. I still have not received the correct part or a refund, and it is the 30" of January already. When i enquired about the outstanding refund, I was told to contact Bop shop which i did, they have no knowledge of the refund or any information about my order on their system. On the website it states "If we sent the wrong part, we cover the cost of return shipping once received back in original, unused, resell able condition we will despatch the correct part at no extra cost. "Furthermore, the website states ' We do what we say, we are a company built on ethics, integrity, inclusivity. " But that is all very far from what I have experienced.
