incompetence from my courier company

i am so not happy with the customer service of my courier i called in regarding my parcel i was told its with the driver and i asked if they able to check with the driver how long are theyand my call was transferred to a department where it was never answered it rang for a whole 5 min no one answered m so not happy #shoebox please try using a different and more professional company
