We recenly asked My Courier to quote to collect important documents in PTA. Within minutes, they emailed back, having rerouted the request to the relevant dept. Thereafter, they provided an excellent quote, far lower than competitor couriers. We paid online. Within days, the documents were delivered intact at our house in CPT. Yes, we gladly recommend them.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the courier service. My parcel was repeatedly marked as “out on delivery” on 31 December 2025, 2 January 2026, and again on 5 January 2026, yet no delivery was completed on any of these dates. To make matters worse, the system later reflected that the driver arrived late on 31 December 2025, without any successful handover or proper communication. This repeated rescheduling and lack of transparency is unacceptable and demonstrates poor operational planning and customer service. Marking parcels as out for delivery without actual delivery creates false expectations and significant inconvenience. I would not recommend this service

My courier SA, is a flop! They fail to deliver on time. My parcel is delayed since the 31.12.2025, no delivery and no call was made. On the 02.01.2026 I made a call, where at first I was told it will definitely be delivered, during the course of the day, I check the status, its changed to delivery cancelled at office, and then again to parcel checked in at office. I made another call, where I was told parcel can be delivered next week on Monday, 05.01.2026, I sure hope it does....

My order still hasn't been delivered, and I'm set to go on holiday tomorrow, which means I probably won't be getting my order anytime this year. The one-star rating is because there's no option for zero, which is what I should be giving this company.

My Courier JHB has been sitting with my delivery for 3 days not delivering from the 9th of Dec to date. My event is on the 13th of Dec. When I tracked there’s even lies that customer not on site. I’m working from home. I had to buy shoes today as my event is on the 13th & by the look of things My courier won’t deliver. I’m sent pillar to post. Latest being Thato who is suppose to deliver in my area - his cell on voicemail.

I am writing to express my frustration with my Courier SA. My parcel, sent from a shop on December 23rd, has still not been delivered. This is the second time I've experienced significant delays with your service. The last parcel took two weeks to arrive, and I faced the same lack of communication and support. Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no updates or responses regarding my current parcel. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be using your courier service again. I cannot recommend it to others.
