Thank you for the beautiful quality comforter, I must admit it was a good buy.
My courier SA, is a flop! They fail to deliver on time. My parcel is delayed since the 31.12.2025, no delivery and no call was made. On the 02.01.2026 I made a call, where at first I was told it will definitely be delivered, during the course of the day, I check the status, its changed to delivery cancelled at office, and then again to parcel checked in at office. I made another call, where I was told parcel can be delivered next week on Monday, 05.01.2026, I sure hope it does....
I placed an order on the 15.12.2025 with them, it was confirmed yet to date no delivery has been received. All I get on emails is an auto response that they are experiencing high volumes. I'm so frustrated because some of those items are Christmas gifts. Why sell what you can't deliver at all!!!

Decofurn have no end-to-end communication, I made an online purchase on the 25.12.2025 and it was delivered on the 27.12.2025, during this time no delivery messages were sent to me and upon delivery no delivery confirmation slip was sent to my email even though they claim it would be sent after 48hrs. I called to track on the parcel, the Call Centre lady told me they only use private delivery company with no reference code, I was advised to only wait on the delivery, hectic!!!!

PEP stores making money on vulnerable people. They offer credit to social grant recipients who struggle with repayments and earn added penalties and face daily nonstop collection calls from their collectors. I know this because they offered credit to my cousin who struggles to make ends meet! What kind of business does this to people. Why don't PEP offer only laybuy option for these poor people?
Tshepo from FNB Palm Springs-Stretford service centre was very helpful to us today. We went with my daughter to have her App activated and profile created since sheβs turned 18 years already, Tshepo greeted us politely and asked what we were there for, he asked why the other consultants sent us back to sit at the waiting area, we told him, as he continued to start with the profiling, after I had told him of the urgency for me to rush home because of my younger child from school, he sped up all the more ensuring we finished quite on time for us to leave, he made an apology for all the time we were made to wait and confirmed that the App was all green to go! Thank you Tshepo!!!!!!
My family and I walked into the Macdonald's Woodmead branch on Friday night-29.11.2024 and the security man opened the door for us at approximately 20:50pm. The man was friendly as he greeted us, letting us into the restaurant and as we walked in, a middle aged Zulu speaking woman yelled at him from the till point asking him as to why he was still letting walk-ins! She was shouting at him so loudly and the expressions on her face were clearly irritable.....As is that was not enough, she went to the back to tell on her other colleague who also in the same way made loud noise at the security guy and when he told them that the time was still 20:53pm they made the noise all the more, and giving us ugly looks. Shoo we felt so unwelcomed we chose to walk out for another option, we couldn't trust they'll give us clean food, already the message was loud and made clear enough to us. We went to Panarotis just down the road to be welcomed with open arms with a warm reception. I will never again set my foot into the Macdonals unfriendly environment and rude staff ever again. Their staff lacks customer priority.
