I am extremely dissatisfied with the courier service. My parcel was repeatedly marked as “out on delivery” on 31 December 2025, 2 January 2026, and again on 5 January 2026, yet no delivery was completed on any of these dates. To make matters worse, the system later reflected that the driver arrived late on 31 December 2025, without any successful handover or proper communication. This repeated rescheduling and lack of transparency is unacceptable and demonstrates poor operational planning and customer service. Marking parcels as out for delivery without actual delivery creates false expectations and significant inconvenience. I would not recommend this service
