My Courier JHB has been sitting with my delivery for 3 days not delivering from the 9th of Dec to date. My event is on the 13th of Dec. When I tracked there’s even lies that customer not on site. I’m working from home. I had to buy shoes today as my event is on the 13th & by the look of things My courier won’t deliver. I’m sent pillar to post. Latest being Thato who is suppose to deliver in my area - his cell on voicemail.
On the 28th of June I called Rain to cancel my new order I took on the 27th of June. I cancelled because I got a better offer with my previous provider. I was helped by Lunga M who sent me an email confirming that he escalated my query to the relevant department, ref: 8417249. He had a good working ethic, pleasant to speak to. To date I've not received correspondence to this regard. Rain support email is not working. I cancelled as soon as possible avoiding to be told I cancelled late. I've not collected my new order as I've cancelled it.
I requested a call back from Rain on 26/06/2023 then Kopano Matabologe called back. She gave me detailed information about the package I chose including the price and also checked coverage in my area. She wasn't rushing to finish. She gave me a listening ear. We couldn't finish as I ddnt enough money in my account. I requested her to call back on the 27th. On the 27th indeed she called me as requested and we finished what we started the previous day. She then gave me options for delivery to choose from. I opted to collect from nearest rain store. She was very helpful, cheerful, pleasant to speak to, good listening skills and great work ethic. She must continue to do to others👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
I spent R2350 but very unhappy. I bought the wig at Newtown branch. The wig was small on fitting it then they told me that it's because my hair is thick once it's plaited it'll fit. Out of desperation I bought it coz I needed it for my graduation. I relaxed and plaited as adviced but the wig didn't fit still. I went back on the 25th of Sept then they started afresh and made a new wig. Now the wig is not customized, it's not neatly done. I'm quite unhappy a result I'm taking the matter with head office. I can't spend so much & get a clumsy done wig.
