We subscribed in May 2025. Paid upfront for a year. Within a few months, they changed to Vella ( i cannot remember exactly) then they changed to Konex. Now today 4h November 2025 we are unable to access the account. The message on our TV was something to do with copyright issues. This application is now closing down. We cannot even find any contact details to find out what is going on. What happens to my 6 months of installments in their back account. Disgusting service
