This application has been shut down due to copy right infringement. Everyone lost their installment money. The company changed its name from My Family Cinema to Vella then to Konex Now we cannot even contact either one of the companies.

Been using the site on and off. Tried to renew the monthly this month of 75 but then took 780 out of my account and the site is no longer existing. Can not contact them and when requesting the bank to reverse the transaction they require invoice and my family cinema does not send documentation. So excelated the matter but they can not do the refund and get my money back. Anyone sitting with the same issue or how can i actually get help to get my money back. This is ridiculous.

Good day hope you are well Im not very happy as i googled why my family cinema is no longer working the they say mfc is perm gone as i just feel if they knew its not doing good they could atleast gave us a heads up with a message like they ask for me to pay ,as i paid for a whole year R750 about 4days ago just for me to find out its not working anymore i know there is a lot of people using mfc and R750 is not much for some people but for me its alot and i work hard for my money . And its also not just about that if they gave us a heads up i could atleast saved my progress on my series i was watching this just suck.

We subscribed in May 2025. Paid upfront for a year. Within a few months, they changed to Vella ( i cannot remember exactly) then they changed to Konex. Now today 4h November 2025 we are unable to access the account. The message on our TV was something to do with copyright issues. This application is now closing down. We cannot even find any contact details to find out what is going on. What happens to my 6 months of installments in their back account. Disgusting service

What Bull**** is this? You need to pay just to see the next day that This app are now closed I mean really. Where do we get our money back this is unacceptable. We pay to watch the shows and movies on there and then just Boom gone without any warning if I knew this I wouldn't even bother to pay because now I pay 299 for nothing
