Rain does not live up to promises
When i took out the rain wifi services it was +-R399 per month i had the wifi for a few years not because i wanted to keep it but because i had no choice firstly i never had signal and when there was signal the router just went of i tried and tried the get hold of rain but to no avail yet the price of the wifi went up en up i ended up paying almost R700 a month where i took the R399 ***** plan option . So i get hold of rain bots and they said someone from rain would phone me One year later no one phoned and in that time frame my wifi was off in a box didnt use it . So eventualy someone phoned me after a year and told me they record the phone calls for safety and what so i told them i have email where i cancelled my wifi with refrence number and they must sent someone the pic up my router then the lady said my account is in arreers they cant cancell my wifi or pic up the routwr then i fight with them because they take money from your account 2 every month and you cant stop them they are ***** so they told me oky everything is fine they said they can see on the sistem its blocked and of and they will send someone to pick up the router ,and they did but messages did not stop they stil want money from me keep phoning me eveyday non stop for payment . Please help

Not happy about my family cinema
Good day hope you are well Im not very happy as i googled why my family cinema is no longer working the they say mfc is perm gone as i just feel if they knew its not doing good they could atleast gave us a heads up with a message like they ask for me to pay ,as i paid for a whole year R750 about 4days ago just for me to find out its not working anymore i know there is a lot of people using mfc and R750 is not much for some people but for me its alot and i work hard for my money . And its also not just about that if they gave us a heads up i could atleast saved my progress on my series i was watching this just suck.
