Unhappy about the service
The platform took our yearly amount of R750 now they have gone MIA is there recourse for the people that paid.

Payment on cancelled service
I cancelled their service 1st of may and paid the last debit order 1st June... i am being harrased by them, They keep taking money from my account on a cancelled service. They do not have a contact centre the amount changes each month. i would not recommend doing any sort of business with them. Logging in here and seeing the money issues shows how dishonest they are as an organisation. I thought its me only

Dissatisfaction with dishonest service
If you ever find yourself looking for a rental avoid any property managed by Dormehl Phalane. I rented a townhouse for six month and the rates are exorbitant and is never explained. Its a money making scheme with old complexes that are falling apart and they take your deposit with no explanation. I would not recommend anyone to use their service they are dishonest. I took a decision to move out after being charged water for R900 no explanation and that everyone renting there is complaining.

Complain
On the 3rd of march someone knocked my car from behind and i submitted a claim which King price is avoiding to pay. I have submitted everything that they requested from me but they keep shifting the goal post. I am extremely unhappy about the service and would not recommend anyone to switch to them. All I want is for them to approve the claim and fix my car an its going to exactly a month and all i get is a system generated email claiming they are working on the claim but whenever they call its something new that i need to submit. I have never missed a payment

Delivery scam
I bought an item on wed 26th Nov and paid for delivery for Thursday. It is th 29th of Nov my parcel has not been delivered but i received an sms notifying me that they delivered. I contacted Takealot and they gave my details to the driver who tell me he still has my parcel. The driver has not made the delivery i paid for an instapot for 2.8k for people to give me the run around. I am appauled at the service i have received... i have never experienced such. I am still waiting for the parcel that cannot be traced.
