The Company is either full of robots or people who don't want to work or do anything i don't understand how a courier company can let this be how they conduct there services. I have a package from Shein that was collected by them on the status via tracking number states its been received but no delivery was supposed to receive my item yesterday but nothing no calls or emails just plain empty response and when I called today to ask i could hear someone on the phone but the person kept silent so what NOW WILL HAPPEN TO MY DELIVERY ??? AS I GET NO RESPONSES
Shutdown and i payed for a year where do i get refunds since all the name changes from Mfc then vela then Konex now gone. Where ???

I thought the account was sorted out the last time I wrote a review but it seems they still dont do there job i canceled the debit order for my credit card account and organized that i pay a monthly eft amount when i get paid but suprise suprise when i logged in this morning into my african banking app i see they tried to take a debit on the 26th of last month even though i recieved an sms saying that all debit orders have been canceled and my payment arrangement is in place And i paid my credit account on the 25th of last month via eft. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN AFRICAN BANK ???? NOW I GET A FAULT ON MY ACCOUNT FOR WHAT WHY DONT YOU GUYS DO YOUR JOBS ?? IM NOT PAYING ANYTHING IF ITS YOUR FAULT
I have either bad customer service or just bad service in general i do understand that i am behind on my credit card but its your people system that takes debit orders on the wrong day its not my problem and being called 15 times a day is unbelievable i dont answer my phone at work or use it. So if you want to contact me do it via email only. I will only pay via eft now and i will pay what i can afford each month and i can afford R500 a month if you cant accept that then give me a better job cause i dont get paid a salary where i can afford everything i want. And i will make one arrangement for payment and that is to Pay only VIA EFT no debit orders.
Hi my experience with Capitec is good but i wanna know what's going on with my ***** case i have not recieved any feedback or anything regarding my ***** case and i have sent the documents in same time i reported the ***** case its been 2 months now and I still haven't heard anything. All i want is some feedback so that i know if im getting my money back cause i was ****med and reported it. Last person i spoke to was from capitec customer services very friendly guy cant remember his name but he said he will send a message to the person in capitec handeling my case and then after this i never recieved any kind of feedback. Please tell me what is going on so i know and can rest cause i already wrote the money off as a loss but i still want to be updated at least with the progress of the case cause when i contact via whatsapp its says there is no ***** case open so this is why i am writing the review to ask someone who reads this review at capitec to give me a solid answer.
I asked for a loan of 2500 of finchoice and have had very bad service with them and had to change my banking details via phone which was good but now i wanna know why am i not recieving any updates i accepted a debit order yesterday of R650 and this morning of R862 and i sent in my docs like asked via email and whatsapp and recieved no further communication i just want to know why am i not recieving any communication back on my email last response was from a fwaad which said docs were declined and i reapply again which i tried through website but not giving me the option so either they dont wanna work or they dont update the profiles correctly just give me my loan please all i ask for i can pay it back in full in 1 months time
