Disappointing MY-375 wearable pump.

Despite the adverti*****t claiming the MY-375 wearable pump is quiet, that’s far from the truth. It's noticeably louder than other wearable pumps I've used, which can be disruptive in quieter environments. On top of that, it's quite large, making it uncomfortable and less portable. Pouring the milk is also a hassle, as it doesn't transfer smoothly and often spills. While it functions, the noise, size, and milk handling issues make it less appealing than advertised.

After posting this honest review on Facebook, Mom and Me blocked me there and on their website, raising concerns about how many other truthful reviews they might be hiding. It’s clear they’re not transparent, and moms deserve to know what they’re buying. To make matters worse, the customer service rep I spoke with on WhatsApp was rude.

Now I’m stuck with this pump. I need to replace its parts, but honestly, all I want to do is buy a better pump. Unfortunately, I can’t because I’ve already spent money on this one. Very disappointing experience.
