Was supposed to wear an option of 2 dresses I purchased online from MSC, to my wedding.
Couldn’t get hold of anyone for ages, then when I did they promised delivery don’t order. Naturally I put a buffer of delivery time and placed another buffer of 48 hours when they promised delivery.
Delivery never arrived, they couldn’t even get me a waybill number and I had to leave without my dresses & I now don’t have a dress to wear to my wedding next week.
Ordered on 18th March and it’s 1st of April. Website stated 4 working days. It’s been 10 working days now. Have tried to get hold of them over every platform. I feel desperate.
I finally got hold of them via email this morning and their response was “not sure how this happened, will do a refund, good luck finding something else” didn’t even give me the option of collecting/overnighting or delivering to a different address. Not even sure if the Oder will arrive, all I want is clarity and help after paying R2K 2 weeks ago.
Could have been solved so easily with clear communication & a sprinkle of customer service. Non existent. Brand like these should close instead of charging you, promising and not delivering.
It is the lack of good values that has absolutely ruined a very meaningful occasion of mine.
