Dear MyTechZone Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding your misleading representation of loan assistance services.
This constitutes misrepresentation and is extremely concerning.
I did not consent to a subscription that exists solely for deductions without the provision of the advertised service. Had it been made clear that no loan would be offered, I would not have agreed to the subscription or bank mandate.
Your cancellation department team S’fiso, Theo and Ariel Moosa , Despite my multiple attempts to cancel my subscription, I have been repeatedly told that the “team leader is out.” During one of these interactions, I overheard a staff member saying, “just take her number man,” which demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, urgency, and respect for customers.
I therefore request the following with immediate effect: 1. Cancellation of my MyTechZone subscription 2. Immediate cessation of all deductions 3. A full refund of all amounts deducted to date 4. Written confirmation of the above
Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate it to my bank, the National Consumer Commission, and any other relevant regulatory bodies.
I expect your urgent response and resolution.
