POSSIBLE *****
I am absolutely fed up with My Tech Zone. For the past three years, money has been deducted from my bank account every single month for a service or subscription I never signed up for. I have emailed your company countless times requesting that these debit orders be cancelled, yet nothing has been done. I never authorised these deductions, and despite reporting this to my bank, even they have struggled to stop your debit order. At this point, this feels completely ********* and dishonest. How can a company continue taking money from someone for years without proper consent and ignore repeated cancellation requests? I want all deductions stopped immediately and would also like clarity on exactly what I was supposedly paying for all this time.

I have been deducted 150 for something I know nothing about and have never had any call discussing this. Can this be stopped ?

Mytech zone is detucting my mothers money in her bank account she is 65 and is on pension she wants a refund
Mytech zone is detucting my mothers money in her bank account she is 65 she only gets pension ,so she want her money back i want a refund.the amount off R169 which is a debit order she doesnt even know about

I approved 1 debit order.They put 4 debit orders on my account.I then call the customer service number only to be welcomed by a rude woman that sounds like she slept at a tarven. This is a ****.Stay away from this.
