I approved 1 debit order.They put 4 debit orders on my account.I then call the customer service number only to be welcomed by a rude woman that sounds like she slept at a tarven. This is a ****.Stay away from this.

Unauthorized debicheck by mytechzone... I was ******* by one of mytechzone consultant offering me to boost my credit score and send me sms to press yes ..suddenly end of the month the deducted and its a second month now...so I need hellopeter to help me stop and reverse my money

Hi..I dont remember given anyone authorization yo deduct money from my acc..The last time I spoke to a consultant was told to increase my credit score I should give them my information..Now all of a sudden money is been deducted from my acc.. Do stop that debit check cos I cant despute it nor stop ot on my app..I never received anything from ya company neither have I Give consent fr that debit check.. Pls reverse my money or I will take this further..ya are *****s mahn.

Dear MyTechZone Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding your misleading representation of loan assistance services. This constitutes misrepresentation and is extremely concerning. I did not consent to a subscription that exists solely for deductions without the provision of the advertised service. Had it been made clear that no loan would be offered, I would not have agreed to the subscription or bank mandate. Your cancellation department team S’fiso, Theo and Ariel Moosa , Despite my multiple attempts to cancel my subscription, I have been repeatedly told that the “team leader is out.” During one of these interactions, I overheard a staff member saying, “just take her number man,” which demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, urgency, and respect for customers. I therefore request the following with immediate effect: 1. Cancellation of my MyTechZone subscription 2. Immediate cessation of all deductions 3. A full refund of all amounts deducted to date 4. Written confirmation of the above Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate it to my bank, the National Consumer Commission, and any other relevant regulatory bodies. I expect your urgent response and resolution.
