I am absolutely fed up with My Tech Zone. For the past three years, money has been deducted from my bank account every single month for a service or subscription I never signed up for. I have emailed your company countless times requesting that these debit orders be cancelled, yet nothing has been done. I never authorised these deductions, and despite reporting this to my bank, even they have struggled to stop your debit order. At this point, this feels completely ********* and dishonest. How can a company continue taking money from someone for years without proper consent and ignore repeated cancellation requests? I want all deductions stopped immediately and would also like clarity on exactly what I was supposedly paying for all this time.

Discovery Home Insurance
I lodged a claim with Discovery on 21 January 2026 for a pipe leakage in my bathroom. A plumber was sent out, and unfortunately, in order to access the pipes, he had to remove my sink and bathtub. Today is 27 February 2026, and my bathroom is still left without a sink or bathtub. There is broken concrete and damaged tiles, and the space has been left in an unacceptable condition. I have been waiting for Discovery to return and repair the damage caused during the plumbing work, but nothing has been done. I have sent several emails, none of which have received any response. I have also called multiple times, only to be transferred between different call centre agents who cannot assist me, or to have the call disconnected entirely. There has been no proper communication or accountability throughout this process. It is extremely frustrating to continue paying for home insurance while receiving this level of service. I expect far better
