I cannot even remember which year i went to visit a presentation of abovemention. First I was interested. So my card did not go through and then the next day I wanted to cancel they said "no"?

I did paid a cancel fee to stop this now all of a sudden i receive mail again from them and i really don't understand what they are saying to me. According to me a cancel the whole transaction
