Bad service very quick to take your money and know when you want to service your car is 100/10 stories. This is from last here and now today they will service the vehicle but I must still pay penalty fee of R 1500.00 and then they not going to replace the plugs???? how do you service with out replacing the plugs. If you tried to contact them is the next problem. I was 30 on the calling list and the you are 3rd the call gets cut? I was for 39 minutes in the line and for nothing just my data gone.
I visit the store this morning, was standing waiting 10 minutes for assistance, only 2 people at the cashiers. One lady was busy doing sale tickets and the gentleman was assisting a lady. I ask the lady busy with labelling if she can assist and just said no, i must waiting till the gentleman is finish he will assist. I actually had to ask her twice what she was say because I could not hear her then she said the other cashier only start at 10h00. When the gentleman was finish he said he will help but then he mentioned to me it is a sport item i must go up stairs to exchange it. So if the lady that was busy with labelling just had a look and assisted me and told me from the beginning I must go up to the sport department.

I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the recent service arrangement for my vehicle. I made prior arrangements and dropped off my car at your dealership this morning for servicing. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that I would be required to pay half of the service fee because I was “too late.” After numerous unanswered phone calls and emails, I eventually managed to reach your office, where I was told instead that I was “too early” to bring my vehicle in, and that I should have waited until a certain mileage threshold before servicing. At no point during my initial contact or subsequent communication was I informed that servicing could only be carried out after a specific number of kilometers. This lack of clear guidance has caused unnecessary confusion, inconvenience, and financial uncer*****y.
I recently took out a new phone contract at Cell City/Vodacom. Within the first 7 days, I returned to the store because the phone was getting extremely hot during use. I requested to speak with a technician, but I was told the technician was not available. The staff assured me that the phone overheating was “normal” due to initial downloads. However, the issue has continued, and today (after the 7-day window), I contacted the store again. Once again, I was told the technician is not available. I was informed that if I bring the phone in, they will "book it in" and the process will take 5 to 7 days. This is not acceptable for several reasons: I do not have a spare phone. I rely on my phone for work and travel – I am constantly on the road. I reported the issue within the first 7 days of purchase, and no real support was provided. The phone is clearly faulty, yet I am being asked to go without a device for a week or more. I am very disappointed with the level of service received from Cell City. I expect either: A replacement phone to be issued while mine is being assessed or repaired, Or an immediate exchange for a working device, given the early and ongoing issue. I hope this matter will be resolved urgently.
Bad service from the laboratories where to take your blood up to the accounts department, After 10 month and after how many mails and proof of payments still owning them money.
New contract ask them to assist to set up new phone had to back 3 times for assistance and my free gift I went back so t hat they can assist, and then I receive a call from Samsung they did not assistance me with correct details when I went back and ask for assistance and it cost me money all the time
I cannot even remember which year i went to visit a presentation of abovemention. First I was interested. So my card did not go through and then the next day I wanted to cancel they said "no"? I did paid a cancel fee to stop this now all of a sudden i receive mail again from them and i really don't understand what they are saying to me. According to me a cancel the whole transaction
I am looking for a filter for a Bennet read vacuum cleaner from the 27 January 2024. Spoke to the area manager yesterday and he said he will drop it at my work place yesterday?? New day and still nothing. The employee are so rude and don't listen what you tell them. The one day the one guys as smelling to alcohol. You contact the head office and the same story. Ask for service department and the person is not available. Then you phone back ask for manager also not available.
