USELESS SERVICE!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! First I could not change my name on the flight ticket, so I went to home affairs to change the name on my passport instead. Saying that home affairs in South Africa provided better service then they did.

Now due to the above mentioned our visa's is not ready in time. And I am trying to rebook my flights. I've been on the phone for more than an hour, and after paying and additional R13 000.00 (keep in mind I did originally book a flexi ticket) they said that the flights are not available anymore and we have to rebook again????????????????

I am currently still on the phone to them and no luck at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Utterly USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
